Return & Refund Policy
—Trying or opening the package before the courier leaves is not allowed.
—Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
—Returns are arranged by the customer, who covers the return shipping cost.
—Any product showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
—We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
—Refunds are processed via Instapay after the returned order is received.

قواعد الاسترجاع والاستبدال
—غير مسموح بفتح أو تجربة المنتج أثناء وجود المندوب.
—يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال ٢٤ ساعة من استلام الأوردر.
—الاسترجاع يتم من خلال العميل، وهو من يتحمّل مصاريف شحن الإرجاع.
—أي منتج يظهر عليه علامات استخدام أو تلف لن يتم قبوله.
—نحتفظ بحق رفض أي طلب استرجاع أو استبدال لا يفي بالشروط أعلاه.
—يتم استرداد المبلغ عبر إنستاباي بعد استلام الأوردر المرتجع.
